Client Feedback To Develop New Business

I gather client feedback in a series of conversational-style interviews with a small number – often between 25-30 – of your very important customers and clients.

These are not “surveys”. Surveys are unsuitable for your most important clients – these are conversations tailored to the high net worth clients whose views and opinions are critical to the amount of  business  you do with them.

You’ll receive insights about key clients, strategic advice on deploying your client teams most effectively, as well as suggestions for new business.
